I believe that starting a new business is never easy because there are always enough things to do. You may have to be a little tight until everything falls into place and then you can keep your food business full time.

And I also understand what you are saying about jobs that pay once a month: currently I also have two jobs, one in real life where I get paid every Saturday and Hive that pays me by the day :p I've gotten used to having a monthly salary, although that was also good because it was more money all together.
