LasseCash: freezing an economy on MAGI, then the keys go in the fire — remote (video link)

LasseCash ran as a Hive-Engine tribe/outpost since 2019: 51M hardcap, halving schedule. For seven years I held the keys to 20M unissued tokens and the @lassecash emission account, and never touched one. On 31 August it moved to MAGI as one contract holding the whole economy: reward pools, 1-day to 3-year mints, a zero-fee LASSECASH:HBD pool — and since this week the ledger is MAGI's own token standard, with a pool deployed on MAGI's DEX contracts. On 10 October the admin key burns and nothing can ever be changed again — not by me.

What that took, with the numbers: why a Merkle-root claim replaced pushing balances (8.8M RC saved); three bugs that would have been permanent (a missing key reads as "" not nil, slashes in state keys vanish, a bare name stranded 1,030 tokens); being told publicly by a VSC dev I'd coded everything custom — and rebuilding on their standard in a day.
