You're absolutely right! I was a former EDM producer who transitioned into Hip Hop/ RnB Production and artists in these genres are already used to the idea of paying for instrumentals to record. You can definitely make sales, I finally got to the point where I am able to make consistent sales on a weekly basis however it took over 2 years of almost making no sales and trial and errors to achieve that. The market is quite saturated but with the right marketing strategies and consistent beat release you can definitely succeed.
