I have a proof of concept running on https://whenwhere.cf and some improvements on https://localprayers.net which is running on one specific tag, and I think I could build this out to a full and nice looking webapp. If you would like to help with this, e.g, on how this should look, very welcome...
How would you call such an app, basically a Foursquare meets Facebook local markets meets possibly even Couchsurfing, BlaBlaCar, whatever you can imagine?
