The subject that you touch is a reality of many countries but a very strong one that directly affects the country where I live, which is Venezuela.
recently my payroll analyst told me about the same situation she must go to the public school every Monday where she studies, for the same reason she does not have internet and the teacher does not have a smartphone. This type of situation is very unfortunate in a country that was shaping up to be a very rich country.
