I've noticed various shadows enveloping the pavement wherever I walk; I've been going out for days, encountering nature, and shadows are lurking everywhere I look. I've realized that the excess of sunlight paints every space, including the objects it encounters, leaving a dark, yet sometimes amusing, trail.

De Vuelta a la Naturaleza

He visto diversas sombras que envuelven el pavimento por donde paso; llevo días saliendo, encontrándome con la naturaleza y las sombras me acechan en cada lugar. Me di cuenta de que el exceso de sol pinta todos los espacios incluyendo los objetos que se le atraviesan. Dejando un rastro oscuro, pero divertido en ocasiones.

I am doing many activities in the park and the sun is so strong that all the paths were filled with shadows with different branches, which covered large hectares of green spaces and many routes, which seem lit up with so much sunlight.

Estoy haciendo muchas actividades en el parque y el sol es tan fuerte que todos los caminos estaban impregnados de sombras con diferentes ramales, que arropaban grandes hectáreas de espacios verdes y muchas rutas, que parecen encendidas con tanta luz solar.

The leafy trees provide the necessary shade to hide beneath them, isolating us from the unavoidable reality of climate change. Even so, I managed to stay resilient and face the heat; I took advantage of the opportunity to capture as many photos as I could. The important thing is to stay hydrated whenever we have to expose ourselves to this harsh weather in order to survive.

Los árboles frondosos brindan la sombra necesaria para escondernos debajo de ellos, aislándonos de esa realidad que no podemos evitar, con todo lo que sucede con el cambio climático. Aun así, conseguí ser resistente y enfrentar el calor; aproveché para capturar tantas fotos como podía. Lo importante es hidratarnos cada vez que tengamos que exponernos a este clima inclemente para poder sobrevivir.

Since I have to be here for several weeks, I'm already prepared; while I take care of some pending tasks, I'm taking it easy. The heat forces us to seek shade for protection, and those moments bring us a gentle breeze that passes through the foliage of the trees. These are moments that allow us to catch our breath and focus on contemplating nature in all its immensity.

Como tengo que venir por varias semanas, ya estoy preparada; mientras cumplo con algunas actividades que tengo pendientes, me lo tomo con calma. El calor nos obliga a buscar sombra para estar protegidos y esos momentos nos traen aire suave que pasa a través del follaje de los árboles. Son instantes que nos hacen recuperar el aliento y nos centran a contemplar la naturaleza, en su inmensidad.
