We are not establishing anything, we are here to expand existing communities and since some of the BR-Community's members wanted this, we asked the BR community for their opinion.

It was decided internally (inside the BR-Community!) due to a voting about this tag, so you have to ask internally why it didn't become #hivebr.

We are just here to spread the word and bring people together :).
