The surfing site which is about 700 meters away from my place is one of my ideal places to view and take photographs of the golden hour. This place can be reached either by walking or by motorcycling in less than 10 minutes from home. During the pre-pandemic period, this place is usually filled up by people from nearby and far-flung localities as well as from other countries like South Korea. Nowadays, the place is visited by people from neighboring villages and towns like the surfer I featured in the cover photo, and of course from villagers who live nearby and I was fortunate that I got their consent to allow me to take pictures as they unveil their skills in skim boarding which are shown in the following photographs.
By the way, the surfing site is located at Cabanaroan Beach, Quirino, Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines just type "Bacnotan Surfing Area," and voila, you got the right place to visit on your next vacation. See you there!馃鉂わ笍馃憤
