Roman Chamomile is much more bitter than German Chamomile found in most "Chamomile" tea. It is bitter to the point of most people not being able to drink it even with honey or other better tasting herbs. However, Roman is just as therapeutic as German, and in some cases preferred like with menstrual issues.

I have had a few successful years of my Roman Chamomile coming back even after very cold winters here in Alaska. I will be using my harvest/s from this summer to make an oil infusion that will be a great base for many things and should last the entire winter.IMG_20180712_125457.jpg

I will be harvesting Alaskan Chamomile soon. It is related to the German Chamomile and taste so good.
