I woke up this morning not too sure if I should leave the comfort of my bed or just keep sleeping my day's away?

How I wish things are that simple in life!

How I longed for that perfect world where there are no stress, no pain, no hurts, no regrets, no bills to pay. A world where there is no fear of rejection!

A world where there is always enough to wine and dine with at every becks and calls!

A world where I could go where ever I want to be at the speed of Wink's at no hidden charges!

A world where every thoughts becomes wishes and every wishes becomes manifested; Tadaaa!

A world where there's no toxic waste, no threat of global warming. No hurricanes, no landslides or earth quakes and typhoon!

Oh! How I detested this world;

Too much evil all over the land's; needless and senseless killings of innocents life. Blood thirsty vampires in human flesh on the prowl all around the globe; it has gotten to the point that we dont really care no more!

We have lost counts of our every dearly beloved departed souls on a daily basis that all we could do now was to but watch and pray in horror!

Like moving corpses we walks this earth knowing deep down inside of us, it is only a matter of time before our time too.

Life has lost its true essence; life in this Information Age only gives credence to the popular sayings; Ignorance is Bliss!

Little wonder, I hate to turn on the radio. I hate to switch on the television. I can't even dare go on a casual walk down the block for a cup of coffee by the newspaper stand; it was that bad!

What a terrible world!

As people, we have failed the coming generations; we have failed the world and we have failed the best of ourselves!

"The nights are dark, the days are gloomy!" Tomorrow is pregnant with nothing but fainted hope! That is even if tomorrow comes!

I am looking for that dream world...

A world where everything is so grand and majestic where there are floating castles in the air and flying carpets hovering over my head's.

A world fills with joy and solitude!

A world where where there is no pain nor afflictions!

A world where all man's are born equal; where there is no stratification nor marginalisation!

A world devoid of evil; where innocent children can be left alone in peace!

A world where there are no pedophiles and rapists on the prowl; profiling on their next casualty's!

A world fills with breath taking magic!
A magical world... Not this world!

I was jolted back to reality from my world of fantasies by the continuous tapping on my apartment door. "Brother Ola, Elewa Aganyin don come O!, make she wait abi make him dey go?"

"Damn, father lord just take me away. What a world!" I sighed.
