Greetings to you all! And well-done to everyone who participated in the tournament yesterday. I finished third place, which is a first. I was lucky a few of the other top players were absent/inactive but I'mma enjoy every bit of it regardless.
I'm particularly happy because I kept my nerves in check and didn't let "berserkers":)) get to me. I did fumble during the first few games but was able to pick my self up. I know I'm a slow thinker and still went on to berserk against in the 1300 range, even though I'm over 200 points above them and easily build winning advantages, they are mostly able to hold the position and time me out.
One very scary player 
I'd like to highlight two of my best wins. I'm impressed as this players are hundreds of point ahead of me.
First was against Fcastro17
I did have a slight advantage from the very beginning which I lost after a series of inaccuarcies, I even dared sacrifice my knight, a move I thought to be brilliant turned out to be an inaccuracy, although it didn't significantly affect my position.
This was the turning point.
The bishop move to b4 was a blunder that allowed me to connect my central pawns. They were simply unstoppable at that point and it was only a matter of time and careful play until I won.
The next one was against Southgamer
We had a pretty equal position, simply exchanges pieces, until this point where he blundered his rook
He had the option to block the check by moving the rook back or even stronger block with the queen and force a queen exchange, but he didn't find it.
It was a lucky day for me and I felt really proud of my performance.
