Imagine a court of law ruling that a defendant is innocent, only to reconvene the next day and say: ‘Fuck it, let him fry’. This is what happened in Romania over the past few days. On Thursday night our version of the Supreme Court, called the Constitutional Court, ruled that the second turn of the presidential election can go ahead as planned. On Friday morning, the same judges met for an informal reunion and came to the conclusion that, no, the presidential elections must be cancelled. Overseas, voting was already in progress. The election was called off with actual people in the voting booths.
The shock was so great that many of us here thought “that's it, we are a banana republic now”. I was going to use a picture to that effect, but that wouldn’t be fair, we’re not worse than any other civilized nation. Romania is the victim here. Romania is the latest battleground between the Soros-led globalist movement and whatever forces Trump stands for.
At least, we know now that’s how Trump sees it. Here’s what Donald Jr posted a few hours ago on X.

My only hope is that Donald Jr is right and the Soros camp will lose. Otherwise we’re all screwed, and not only here in Romania.
For a dedicated conspiracy theorist like myself it was obvious that something was afoot. This is why I decided to take an interest in local politics, which I’ve been ignoring for years, on account of them being irrelevant. When it became clear to me that this Calin Georgescu guy, who came out of nowhere, is following Trump’s line, I decided to vote for him in the second run. Less charismatic than the real Donald Trump, he at least came with conservative, anti-woke views. For days, we’ve been expecting a sign of support from Trump, only to be told that there’s some law that doesn’t allow Trump to interfere in another country’s politics. Donald Jr’s post came too late, the Soros camp had made its move.
When you live in a colony on the outskirts of the Western empire, foreign involvement in local politics is the norm. The will of the people was ignored on other occasions, but somehow they tried to keep things within the law. This time, however, it looks like Soros&Co are quite desperate. The unseen pressure was so brutal you could practically hear Soros yelling: “Do something!!!” When they realized there was nothing they could do in a lawful manner, they basically threw the Constitution out the window and called the elections off.
The mainstream media here and elsewhere will tell you that the elections were cancelled on account of Russian interference. Russiagate all over again. Just as Trump was accused of being Putin’s puppet, Georgescu was declared a Russian asset, ready to take us back to Communism. In a former communist country, that’s a very good scare tactic.
On the other hand, Georgescu, like Trump, is also a Nazi. Despite Georgescu being called a Russian asset, since this morning, Romanian police have been raiding the homes of so-called fascist sympathisers. Go figure!
What I found most scary is the brutality of the whole operation against a right-wing candidate, one who said that from now on we will not be taking orders from our foreign masters, but we will negotiate everything, putting our best interest first. He also said, like Trump, that the war in Ukraine must stop soon. Now. He vowed that Romania would not be dragged into this war.
Well, it seems that the Biden administration doesn’t want to stop the war. In a recent podcast, Tucker Carlson said that it looks like Anthony Blinken is running the show in Washington now, with the president clearly incapacitated. What I know is that it was Blinken who sent a public warning against the election of a nationalist president in Romania. Also this week it was reported that Blinken is putting pressure on Zelenski to lower conscription age to 18. What this madman is calling for is sending teenagers with no military experience whatsoever to die in a war that Ukraine cannot win. Ever. Even Zelenski admitted that they might have to sit down and negotiate with Russia. The war hawks will have none of it. Let there be blood!
As mad as I may be about what happened in Romania, I am still grateful that I don’t live in the Ukraine and my teenage son is not at risk. For now. But I am scared. I am scared because I don’t understand why the globalists made such a desperate move to prevent us from voting from defecting to the conservative camp. The globalists have enough to worry about. Besides Trump taking office in a few weeks, their puppet in France is facing calls to resign, while in Germany they're heading to the polls in February with the right wing AfD expected to become the second party in the Parliament.
What I do understand is that Evil is real.
