Just to lighten the mood on this very serious topic, here's a Douglas Adams quote I ran into a few days ago:
"Anything invented after you're thirty-five is against the natural order of things".
I find your list very useful and not becoming dependent on AI is something we should all keep in mind. There is one item on your list Reflect and Validate which I believe has been lost long before AI. As we were talking on another post many people are lazy and will be perfectly satisfied with pre-digested information bites and won't bother to check. People of older generations would readily believe whatever they heard on TV, just as nowadays younger generations will not bother to question information found on social media. AI will be no different.
What I find very scary is news articles presenting AI as the highest authority - AI will teach you this or that, AI's verdict on any number of subjects. I suspect most of these articles are produced by inept journalists and not part of some sinister ploy, but the result is the same - inculcating a sense of inferiority in us poor humans who should defer to AI's superior intelligence.
