Today I skipped being my daughter's chaperon, lol. Yes! I am becoming lazy of coming with her at school and just do nothing there except chitchatting with co-parents till the class ended. Why did the school not have any livelihood for parents waiting for their kids to make their morning more productive, lol?
My Mama is the one accompanied my daughter at the school since I am planning to do something today and my Mama wants me to do it today, not tomorrow or next week, just today. So, what can I do?
Today is the schedule of our general cleaning of our Internet Cafe Shop and as usual, I am given the task for it but luckily, my Mama helped me so to make things fast since we need to hurry because one of our boarders here in our place is nightshift at work so she needs to sleep the whole day and we need to have a minimal noise or it is a must to keep silence. Mama just sent my daughter Shun Leanne at school but she went back home after and just go back to school when it near to the class ends. But since my Mama is not yet home, I started the operation.
Nothing changes. Every day this looks like this. Dust is all around but I can't even control it by coming in when customers are coming inside too. So, what we can only do is to clean it up every day. But we always have General Cleaning schedule monthly together with checking its software and hardware checking and maintenance in case there is something need to change or just need to improve it.
Honestly, I really hate sweeping and I prefer doing the washing of the dishes. I don't know why but I am always feeling tired so before starting I make sure that I already take my vitamins and tries loving what I am doing. Looking at the computers - 9 units, I am feeling so tired already and lazy and my bed keeps calling me but my Mama is not around so I need to work and keep moving. I am doing multitasking since I need to look after the sari-sari store too. Remember, we are just 3 here at home and working as one since I only got my Mama with me and my daughter in our home. So, if someone will not work, the other one is being loaded with work (household chores plus the Internet Shop and sari-sari store plus a naughty kid), you will really lose all your energy even you got a whole night sleep.
As I've said, my Mama helped me to clean the computer units - CPU which she just used the air blower to blow all the dust inside it but after wiping it with a soft cloth to make sure that it is really clean. And I am inside cleaning all the accessories of the computer units and its table so if Mama finished I am the one will assemble it inside. How can I do this fast if I am just alone? Gosh! Good thing Mama is still with me and got too much patience of her lazy daughter, lol. She bought her own air blower so it would be easy for her too. The vacuum she is planning to use, she doesn't feel it. I don't know why, lol. Sooner I will be posting it online to sell. What the! A waste of money but I know she can have something to use to make her works fast and convenience but for now, she will and I will be using what is available and it is not advisable that I will be using an air blower inside the Internet Shop, the dust will keep flying and scattering lol, another work after so purely manual works by hand with a cloth and a bit wet.
We don't need to hire any technicians to help us clean and to check one by one all the units since I graduated with Information Technology and our focus of the study is both software and hardware so got the knowledge to do all of the kinds of stuff regarding both software and hardware. This place became my training ground and every day is a learning. Lol, Mama got the practicality. See? She saves instead of paying it to someone technician. Good thing my mind doesn't ever reformat when it comes to this. Though I am not that expert, I can deal with it and learning and keeps on learning.
Experience is the best teacher.
Honestly, even my Mama knows how the Internet Shop works. When I am not home yet, she is the one taking care of it and looking for some resolve if one computer units are not working well. She even learns to try the trial-and-error and the testing. So, my Mother has been my partner in time like this, lol.
Time started the general cleaning: 6:50 am
Time ended the general cleaning: 10:20 am
Time started checking all the software and software: 10:25 am
Time ended checking all the software and hardware: 11:20 am
It is almost about time to eat some lunch and I am so hungry already due to not eating some merienda. My stomach is really having a loud sound already while I am still cleaning, but I did not mind it and just continue cleaning. If I will get sick because of it, the blame is all mine, lol. I substituted water since it is the easiest to prepare.
The time allocated is long hours so I really asked for a break after which is my favorite every afternoon - SLEEPING IN MY BED! That's my only reward for myself after eating my lunch. Got my lunch almost 1 o' clock in the afternoon but its all okay since I am able to complete my tasks and I can rest early.
