Hello everyone , am super excited to participate in In this contest. I choose to answer the second question, due to the love I have for plants .Spices and herbs like, black pepper, Cinnamon, Tumeric and garlic cannot be lacking in my kitchen due to its health purposes to humanity.
My favorite spice amongst the spices I mentioned earlier is tumeric Tumeric was among the spices that were cultivated as early as the 8th century Bc in the Garden of Babylon 2. I discovered that Tumeric is one of the ancient spices.
I used tumeric as dietary supplement. If I have digestive problem , to keep it at bay, I add 1tsp of tumeric powder in a glass of milk and am good to go.l also use tumeric to prevent cold and FLU by just adding 1Tsp of fresh tumeric in a glass of hot water and mix it with honey. Lastly, I used tumeric for food coloring because of its yellow color.
