Hi Hivians, sure you're enjoying your weekend. My love for craft ideas has make me wanna create something everyday. Anyway today I want to explain step by step how I made this plastic bottle flower vase.
Materials needed
*Plastic bottle
Surgical mask
Beads
Glue
Scissors
Recycled cardboard
A4 paper
I cut the the plastic bottle into two.
I cut out the plastic bottle straight and inward, making it look like brooms
With the scissors I cut out the thickest part of the surgical mask then I cut it horizontally. You can cut it according to the folding.
I folded it rule-like surgical mask into zigzag and after that, I saw one end. I later open it, forming a flower-like shape.
With the glue, I held the red beads onto the surgical mask which was already glue to the plastic bottle.
I brought another plastic bottle ,cut it to form a funnel-like shape. I brought the cardboard and the A4 paper and cut It to the size of the wider part of the funnel, I glued the paper to the cut cardboard and glue it to the funnel -like plastic bottle making sure the the white paper is placed upwards.
I put some beads in the the funnel-like plastic bottle which is the vase. The beads helped in making it heavy, so that it will stand erect. It's also a way of beautifying it. Hope you like it . you can try it out for your decoration.
