food lol. We eat the same as everyone else lmfao...burgers pizza cookies and milk ya know!
The traditional foods vary by region therefore vary by tribe/nation. Here in the west protein is centered around buffalo and elk. On the coasts it would be centered around local fisheries. Whatever wild fruits/berries/greens that grows in each location. I grew up on the coast near a salmon spawning river so I at that all the time + lobster& crab in the summer . Cod, halibut, other Atlantic fish.
There used to be this travelling snack called "Pemmican" it was a mixture of dried berries, ground jerkey and animal fat.
A lot of jerkey and smoked fish is often on the snackables menu.
Bannock is a no rise/yeast bread that gets fried...you can eat it like bread or make it thinner and turn ot into Indian tacos...the same as any other tacos just in frybread.
