I'm always ok with being the minority in the room, I work in a male dominated field in the oil and energy industry and sometimes I'm the only woman on my shift. It's not always easy especially 15 years ago but if nobody goes in and take the arrows and carves a path for the future , archaic beliefs continue to be since they are not challenged to change. Someone has to take that important step. I like shaking things up...big brother G-dog knows! lol
