Thanks, that is sweet of you to say. Some people have seen it, maybe the idea can stew for a bit, the thing is those who need to see it hate facebook and want nothing to do with it. Like it or not there is a huge market there it it gives us a free way to spread the word and not get kicked off if the people like the content and don't report it as spam.
My friends wont touch this place with a 10 foot pole, they even run away from the conversation now when they bitch about being censored on fb but they always ask for links to my "articles". Like you said, the more content is shared there, we start to show up in algos for good content, it's like a self fulfilling prophecy.
If everyone and their grandmas knew how easy it was to play pretend blogger for their family and friends or to keep their hand written recipes organized so on, like a scrapbooking for family trips or news letters it would catch on, people seem to love that part, they just get lost at the crypto back up your wallet and wtf is decentralization even mean? Most will never care. They just market it in a way mainstream would find appealing and that is by adding to their current social media experience rather than ditch and adapt or die approach.
Currently there are less than 1000 hive related post under the hiveblog tag but collectively we could maybe get it picked up. I started a curation page where I just take good articles from here and post them there, see if I can get something going around that but support from other members that are on facebook would help greatly because unless i spend a bunch of money to turn it unto sponsored content, it doesn't go anywhere because there is nobody there to share it. Every bit that every user does will help, thanks for your efforts too.
