Persistence determination and all that bla bla bla is also found in many Buddhist books and experiences as well, I read a few of them. If I remember, I'll have to check out those dudes you mentioned. I'm sure there are quite a few used book stores in Aus. We have some with a resident cat too, I love going there for the cats following you around the store.

I pay about the same for my used books, a couple of bucks each...$4 or $5 book is really a splurge! lol Sometimes I can get them brand new at that price, Chapters/Indigo have major stores in my city and they have the odd super sale especially around back to school or after xmas and many titles only a few months old go for steep discounts(good ones, not just crap). I'm pretty sure they also have a membership buy x amount of books (10 methinks) and get one free...Now that one will be the $40 book. #winning is right!
