I totally agree, I like the texture of feathers and fur from wildlife pictures too...As I call them, pictures I want to pet....lol

I find sometimes the surroundings brings context/perspective I guess, they are still both beautiful. Plus brown on brown, that pop of green is catchy. Like a visual balance, I personally tend prefer bright colors tho.
