Those Delta-8 gummies and flower are federally legal, aren't they? I am Canadian, so I am not too well versed on American laws, but I have a friend down south and he buys those at a legit store in a state that hasn't legalized cannabis yet. I think the delta 8's are geared more towards the recreational 'high' use though. I believe that CBD will help with inflammation.
