100% agree that this is the best way to incentivize getting people to pay. I kid about you being the strong arm of the government, of course, because you, a private citizen would be buying the land, not the gov. That scenario would be utter crap, if they just seize your land and didn't offer a fair, even generous, sale back to the public.

I hope you manage to snag some decent agriculture property in the future. I'd love to see what you do with some serious space. Bees! Bees everywhere! 😄
