Wow this looks like an amazingly fun tool to play with as a DM. I can see how the clunk would get in the way of speedy builds if you're more of a seat of the pants-er. But for people who play around a tv inside a table board this would be could be a lot of fun, I think.

Imagine sitting your group down and saying "alright, you guys bought your first home. It is a small plot of land on the edge of town. Let's put this house together for you." Then give them a list of tiles and some monetary numbers tied to them so they have a certain budget to work with while building their home!
