Lensy is part of the PALnet umbrella of Hive related businesses which means Aggroed is the defacto "head boss" to outsiders looking in. And people get real angry with Aggroed if they view him as "begging for money," which a proposal would be considered that, from him. A lot of people already view him as successful and not needing DHF proposal funds that could be "better spent elsewhere"
