I will be interested to see if these rule changes have any significant effect on pud performance. I believe it was the minumum powerup rule that left a bad taste in my mouth. The people that needed this win the most when the prizes were worth jumping through all these hoops were the lower account numbers.

A person with 8k hp is capable of producing their own income via curation. A person with 100 hp is not and relies 100% on author rewards.
