I've been hearing a few people talk about the hot weather down south and for some odd reason that got me looking through my "Snow" folder of photographs from earlier this spring. There were many photographs of cool erosion effects and snowdrifts that made wonderful smooth blankets of shiny whiteness. But I settled on these two boats resting on the shore near the point of Tutton Bay.
The boats are used to haul goods off the cargo ship in the late summer. It should be arriving soon, loaded down heavy with various orders for all the communities throughout Nunavut. We ordered a LOT of dog food.
If you are feeling a bit warm today, here are some photographs to chill you a bit. I hope they help in these warm times. Winter is coming. August is here. Enjoy your summer while it lasts. I know I will be making the most of mine!
All photos are my own, taken by myself. They are taken using a Nikon P900 and a Samsung S20. Consider checking out my website, Midnight Sunsets. I'm also on Twitter and Instagram!
