The plan for the second day was to climb Giewont, which went very smoothly as the trail indicated 3 hours and 5 minutes I did in barely over 2 hours. On the way, I admired the landscapes and tested the limits of my Garmin watch for the first time. A trail map on your wrist is something amazing. From now on I will definitely use it for hiking every time.
On the summit the visibility was great and it was beautiful. Practically no clouds, but a strong wind was slowly coming up so I climbed a little lower where I hid behind a rock.
Giewont is famous for its big metal cross on the top. Which is standing there for over 100 years!
Later I met a weather anomaly, i.e. a rainbow from nowhere, and climbed to the second peak where there was a beautiful view of the Tatra panorama.
