스팀(power up)은 부동산이다.ㅎㅎㅎ
일반적인 한국의 부자들을 부동산에 성공한 사람들이라고 말해도 과언이 아니다.
셀러리맨으로 일하면서, 재테크를 할 수 있는 방법중 주식, 펀드가 있으며, 그나마 자본금이 있을 경우 부동산에 투자할 수 있다.
나는 부동산대신 주식 및 펀드에 투자를 했다. 그래프도 보지도 못하고, 찌라시 정보만 듣고 묻지마 투자했다가 -70%손실을 내고도 주식 및 펀드를 계속할 수밖에 없었다.
부동산은 생각도 안했다. 이미 잃어 버린돈에 미련이 남아서 5년간을 헤매다가 주식과 펀드를 끊었다. 아내와 각서까지 받은 후 결혼을 허락받을 정도 였으니까~!
가정이생기고 여유자금과 융자금을 통해 부동산 투자를 시작해서 이익을 봤다. 마음의 안정을 찾았다. 하루하루 그래프에 흔들리는 마음이 사라지고 있었던 것이였다.
첨부터 부동산에 투자를 했더라면, 상당한 이익을 봤을 것이다. 나를 따라 투자한 친구들은 아직도 주식을 하고 있다. 아직도 최근 투자비용 대비 -20%이상 손절상태임에도 손을 끊지 못한다. 왜일까?
주식을 접하는 순간 많은 실현과, 폐배 모든 것이 엉망이 될 수밖에 없다. 좋은날은 그다지 많이 있지 않았기 때문이였다.
3월중순경 좋은 선배님의 도움으로 스팀 및 스팀잇 알게 되었고, 파워업(적금)을 하고 1달정도 스팀잇 활동을 하고 있다. 글 쓰기와 버팅을 통해 200스팀 정도를 획득 할 수 있었다. 그중 1.5%/년의 이자가 붙는 것도 알 수 있었다.
파워업을 한 후 이것이 적금인가 주식인가 라는 생각이 들었다. 파워업을 안했으면 주식이라는 개념속에 불안함을 떨쳐내지 못했을 것이다.
차츰~차츰 스팀은 알트코인의 부동산? 이 아닐까라는 개념이 들어섰다.
즉, 손해보지 않으면서 천천이 그 가치를 인정받는 부동산, 급락, 급등을 자제하고 천천이 목표를 향해 가는 “스팀잇”=“부동산” 비슷하지 않은가? ^^
그래서 요즘 다른 코인도 둘러 볼 수 있는 여유가 생긴것이다.
