Things are getting better although there are no significant news about crypto markets. Volume is higher but we are still below the long run resistance levels. The next target will be that resistance line, which is around $80-$85 for NEO.
But for the short run, NEOUSD can see $72-$75 range. Then, there will probably be a correction.
