Chocolate lovers are paying more as big companies like Nestlé, Hershey’s, and other chocolate companies have raised prices on popular products like KitKat and Reese’s. This is because cocoa prices are very high in 2025 due to weather problems, pests, and farming issues.
Nestlé increased prices in the U.S., and after this, Hershey’s stock went up. Other costs like sugar, milk, and shipping have also gone up, pushing prices higher for many chocolate brands.
Because chocolate is more expensive now, it is time to buy less, or maybe it’s time to learn how to make our own.
