Are you accessing from mobile? If so, you need to download the "Hive Keychain" app from the play store. Open it and in the top right, click the three buttons and then find "Browser." You'll be able to login from this browser using your hive credentials.

If you are on a PC, then you need to make sure the hive keychain extension is installed for your browser.
