#gmfrens just got more popular in the Thread space, and in the coming days, the Threadworld will be buzzling with the #gmfrens tags from those who use it in the morning, to those who use it in the mid-morning-noon time, and those who claim to be in the morning when they are obviously in the night (according to their timezone)... well, 
Obviously, this recent surge in the #gmfrens tag is owing to the Thread Adoption Campaign where users are encouraged to use the #gmfrens daily to claim XP. This, however, is a great way to make users get in line to kick off conversations on Threads, as against turning Threads into a glorified post-promotion channel on Discord. Naaaa! A good number of people who used the #gmfrens tag for the first time came to me to express their shock on the message they received from gmfrens after some hours. In Nigeria, we will call this experience: “e shock you?”

Yea, they were shocked, because with the message they realized that #gmfrens is not only a tag you can use in the night, sorry morning, to wish your friends "Good Morning," but you can also earn gmfrens token by doing that daily. This means that, the Zealy task of making #gmfrens thread daily is not a punishment like 
and you dash me some money.
So let’s begin with the question: Who or what is this 
GM:FRENS is a cross-blockchain social NFT project on WAX and Hive blockchains, but specifically mined on Threads in Hive Blockchain. By using the #gmfrens tag daily, you mine the GM token.
The token was created by 0xNifty.nft (
It isn’t in its perfect state now, however, it is in its developmental phase and you can earn as much gm tokens as possible by using the tags daily.
According to the creator of the token, the USE CASE of the token is DEBATABLE, however, the creator obviously has lots of ideas for the token and we have seen some playing out. For instance, some GM:Miner NFTs were on sale (I don’t know if it is still available), such that if you purchase and stake the Miner NFTs in the NFT Staking pool, you could mine gm tokens every hour.
So, while you are at it grinding your #gmfrens tag daily, and fulfilling your Thread Adoption tasks daily, also grab some gm tokens. I believe there will be other future plans. However, this is not a financial advice.
