馃幍 Music Lovers of Hive Open Mic community!
Hello my Hive Open Mic Family and Community. You are welcome to Hive Open Mic week One hundred and thirty. The Theme of this week is "Creativity and Freestyle." This theme was chosen by my brother, very good friend and former course mate,
He is a Great musician who can play Flute, Recorder, Guitar, Violin and keyboard in one song... and he can play at least 15 Musical Instruments (not jokes oooo).
Little wonder he chose the theme Creativity and Freestyle. Although the past week was so tight for him, I believe if he was free he would have amazed us with his rare creativity. But he was creative enough to drop his entry amidst his tight schedules.
My boy
I've been thinking about what I'll play or do to bring out my creativity. As a really poor musician who don't listen to music, I had no song on my playlist, neither do I have any in mind to present. I am songless!
Since it was quite late to do any joint piece or collaboration, we decided to present the same song, but we'll try to CREATIVE AND UNIQUE in our individual Presentations.
Okay, so this is my own little way of being a little bit Creative and Unique.
No tengo ninguna canci贸n.
The song she suggested was "Anyone" by Justin Bieber. It was my first time of listening to the song and I "fell in love" with its melody instantly. She suggested the song barely 10 hours ago, but I was busy at that time. I began practicing (first time) the song 7 hours ago.
While practicing, some crazy thoughts came to my mind, and that was what resulted to what I did in this video... don't laugh at me too much... its all for the creativity... hahahaha
SPECIAL THANKS to NEPA (Power Holding Company of Nigeria) for keeping the Electricity till I was done with the editing of the video.... they are the real MVP.
I hope you try to enjoy this piece and don't laugh at me too much!
LYRICS OF ANYONE
Dance with me under the diamonds
See me like breath in the cold
Sleep with me here in the silence
Come kiss me, silver and gold
You say that I won't lose you, but you can't predict the future
So just hold on like you will never let go
Yeah, if you ever move on without me
I need to make sure you know that
You are the only one I'll ever love (I gotta tell ya, gotta tell ya)
Yeah, you, if it's not you, it's not anyone (I gotta tell ya, gotta tell ya)
Lookin' back on my life, you're the only good I've ever done (Ever done)
Yeah, you, if it's not you, it's not anyone (Anyone), not anyone
