Looking at the image, I can see a biker riding his bike with haste amidst the heavy downpour or heavy splash of water.
Don't be deceived when you see something like this, there may be different reasons for this to happen. Who knows, the biker has a running stomach and needs to make a MAJOR VISIT to the rest room 馃槄
