This is a triptych (please, consider it as a single entry) of a chili pepper plant growing in a flowerpot in my home. I ate the pepper, it was quite hot, somehow much hotter than the one I bought in the store and used for seeds. It's fascinating how such a beast can grow from a gentle little white flower. Well, I guess even Flea was once a cute little child :)
All the three shots was taken with Samsung NX10 mirroless camera with Industar-50-2 f/3.5 50mm vintage Soviet lens attached through macro extension rings and a M42-NX adapter. I used different number of rings for each shot, the leaf was shot with the largest magnification, and the fruit with the smallest.
