I totally get the frustration. Unfortunately a lot of the whole "value" problem is subjective. It doesn't have enough rigidity to launch many into action. Does that mean that we should just be good boys with our heads down? Nah, I don't agree with that either. Fuck the status quo.

I prefer Larimer's take on things. Make all bad things "obsolete." Easier said than done. I really believe that people prefer genuine, no matter how ugly that may look at times. You know the old street cliche: "real recognizes real." Making something obsolete is a difficult problem to frame because it will likely take more work than just "spreading the word." I will say that I'm more interested than ever in grilling these DHF proposals.
