I broke my android phone again.
I went caving a month ago and my dry bag turned into a wet bag when I had a swim in an underground river. My bag had a little, tiny, minute hole - a size of a needle's poke, and the photos in my phone said 'good-bye' to me forever.
Why do I write in Steemit?
One of the reasons is because I can't post any thing that concerns photography.
I write in Steemit because NO ONE READS MY POSTS.
At the least, no one I know personally like a childhood crush, a high school buddy or a college friend, or like a family and a relative, or like a colleague from work and co-member from the multifarious organizations I'm in. I'm a little timid when it comes to my write-ups.
Sadly, no one I invited in Steemit really stays here too long just like how they do in Facebook.
I write to relieve the stress, express myself and oftentimes, I just write for the joy of writing. I'm a frustrated writer most times.
In Steemit, I like writing without being judged about how I want to write and what my content is. But I appreciate how writers from all over the world makes constructive comments about how I should improve my writing and how they share writing styles I've never heard before.
Furthermore, I also like it here because I'm not compared to other writers. I love reading Steemians' contents especially those short stories and poems. There are a lot of amazing authors here in the platform.
Can someone recommend a writing contest?
I'm dying for one.
Aside from getting the chance to win SBD or Steem, I really like the challenge of composing a piece with a given title, prompt, topic, or word/s. My brain kinda works that way. It functions with those kind of provocations.
The ULOG has been attracting me lately. @iwrite introduced it to me and I've seen some people posting their own ULOGs.
If I'm not mistaken, it's a log of your everyday life. It's like an e-diary. But I've been thinking a lot if I should join the crowd in posting ULOG because I don't like the idea that someone else is reading my diary.
Maybe, I'll give it a try someday. Soon.
My followers increased (not as much as the other steemit users) but hey, it increased. I remember the times when I only have a few followers but I could talk to most of them. I really miss you guys. Where are you?
No one reads my posts. Anymore.
