I love fairy tales. Why? Well, because you’re thrown into a magical space where time is irrelevant, and everything in this 3D reality dissipates. I have fond childhood memories of when my parents cuddled every single evening with us and read us all these beautiful stories about foreign lands, dragons, princes and princesses, frogs, cats, and other majestic animals doing brave things.
Alice in Wonderland is one of those stories that had a vast impact on my life and imagination. The symbol of the white rabbit that comes up in movies such as “The Matrix” has stuck with me ever since, as I always like to go down different kinds of rabbit holes.
Lo and behold, when I found out about this exhibition called “Garden of Lights” and their amazing initiative to let you explore magical landscapes where fairy tales, technology, and creativity merge to send you on a dazzling adventure, I was all in. To my surprise, I discovered a few cities and countries that showed “Alice in Wonderland”. This is when I decided to invite my entire family to go on a vacation and explore this extraordinary land of lights.
Let’s forget our physical realm for a few seconds and immerse ourselves in Alice’s magical world. Join me as we visit Cheshire the cat, the Queen of Hearts, the gopher, the White Rabbit, and many more.
