It is very common, especially when it involves love, to feel let down if we fail. We often fail however because we have never gone beyond object consciousness.

Letting down is an interesting expression. It can be applied to anything in the world of object consciousness. Your belief system - for a while it's great, it's your support in life. It's all "I believe this is how it is and everything is okay." Then something else happens. You can't explain why unfortunate life events are happening to you. You can't explain anymore why this should happen to you because you followed the rules and believed the right thing.

Thought structures too also let you down in the end. Things only let you down because they don't give you the satisfaction you thought it would give you. It may for a while, only to let you down. Situations that you go into that were one moment great aren't anymore. The situation let you down. You were so looking for something better than it. People too - he or she let me down.

It's in the nature of things to let you down because letting you down shows your expectation cannot be filled by the world of form. You were looking for something through form that is formless. You wanted something in the future, in the world of form, which is already here now. Places too. You can look at the most ideal place and then buy some land there. At first it feels great. But as you sit in that house, that feeling begins to wear off. The beautiful view from the window is still beautiful, but it wears off. It's not that fulfilling after a while if you operate within object consciousness. Even those beautiful places have certain drawbacks that you'll only discover once you move there.

Now, this does not happen when you stay with what is because there is a freshness to the moment. It happens when you are immersed in a story based sense of self. Step out of that. Use the exit. If you can stop thinking unnecessary thoughts, that is one exit and available to some of you already. Presence arises with such intensity that thought doesn't come in anymore. Maybe just small ones here or there.

Someone asked me once, "What do you think your biggest achievement has been so far in your life?" With the obvious aside from my children, my answer was simple- I don't need to think anymore. The compulsion to think is gone, that's all.

Now, the world doesn't value that too much, but that's okay. You can think, you don't have to. Then a greater intellegance operates. That is the intelligence that is deeper or higher or whatever perspective you want to use, than thinking. Not seperate from it. Thinking is an aspect of universal intellegance that operates through the universe, is focused or filtered through the brain, and becomes thought. However, humans also haves the ability to trascend thought.

That's an evolutionary transition if not a leap. Humanity has been thought based for possibly millions of years, but now that cycle is coming to an end because it is becoming self destructive. All cycles come to an end. An evolutionary cycle.

There is an enormous push in all of us towards transition. Yet there is a refusal to let go of the old structures themselves hanging in there. When humans finally witness a disaster, it somewhat breaks those structures open. An almost grace in disaster. It breaks open the heavy mind structures. The shell is cracked open. There is grace when you look at it from a deeper level.

馃挆 Wishing all of you beautiful beings happiness, love, and positivity on your journey. As always, love to all of you.

Love,
