Hi everyone! I love fantasy, but I also love industrial/grungy environments. It's the aspect of exploration that probably inspired me the most. This city/nature forest was a nice experiment and I plan to explore it further.

I also really like glitchy animation, but it doesn't seem to fit with my style. I'll definitely give it a try eventually, just waiting for a spark of inspiration.

I started this painting with a little unusual colors, really strong contrast and saturation. However, I keep in mind the overall values and use brightness contrast adjustments to correct any atmospheric perspective.

I'm trying to use more perspective in my work even if it's minimal, so I use a perspective grid that I pre--made and can transform to fit my art. Even though I'm using mainly 1 point perspective, I try to make the buildings more dynamic and a little chaotic, more natural :)

*I say mainly 1 point perspective, because it's technically 4 points, but other 3 are very subtle- on the sides and one upwards.

This painting was really fun to do, but especially the details. I didn't got too much into graffiti, but a few was enough. Also at this point I started considering what is my focal point of the painting. Even after I added the plants on a separate layer it felt too static. The colors are perspective are vey dynamic, so it made sense to add some animation. I considered flashy or glitchy, but I wanted a more relaxing effect. I used a mask and duplicate layers for frame by frame animation. I'll start looking into more animation tools and suggestions are welcome :)
