Actually the Rojo's floating restaurant is not at the middle of the sea it's just near the seashore so there is no problem with temperature controlled supply chain to stored and transport perishable foods. They have systematic collection, transportation and recycling of disposal waste materials to mimimize environmental impact and to protect natural ecosystem. 😊
