This is a follow-up to my previous post although this looks entirely different. Here's the link to my first post: So this popped up a day before the event of my first post. Can someone explain me this?

This happens quite frequently nowadays and I don't quite understand the reason behind this. Why is there an outline of scattered light around this #cloud? I want to add that this only occurs during sunset.
