We all #love to do adventurous things in #life with our #best buddies. Mention your #friends name with whom you would like to walk on this 600-year-old bridge.
This iron chain suspension bridge, known as Chag-Zam (or Chaksham) is approximately 600 years old and it is located in Kitpi region of #Arunachal near Tawang. It spans more than 100m in length over the #river of #Tawang. There were many such bridges constructed in Eastern #Himalayas and perhaps only four remains intact. This bridge is one of its kind in India. It was built by Lama Chksam Wangpo.
Walking over this bridge is a thrill as it shakes with the wind and the roaring Tawang river gushes below.
