This is a very simple contest and you can win SBD by just entering a caption for the landscape photograph. Everyone who participates will get SBD within a day. The best caption will be announced on 15th March and will get a bumper reward.
This picture was clicked in #chitkul village of Baspa river valley on 1st March, 2018. Usually the roads to chitkul are closed in this season due to snowfall. This time we were fortunate to reach there in off-season. The river #Baspa originates near the Indo-Tibetan border and is fed with perennial glaciers of Himalayas. Left side of the river valley is covered with meadows and pine forests while right side is inhabited by small villages like chitkul, #rakcham, batseri etc.
