Drawing is the language of engineers

I am working in a civil design company and my duty is preparing structural drawings in Autocad software. Autocad is the best software for 2D drafting and I have total 10 years’ experience in structural drawings preparation. In engineering and construction field most of the things are communicated through drawings only. Drawings also used as document for records. It can send to everywhere through mail. Government is also asking drawing of structures and design before giving approval. Engineering drawing is one of the subjects for civil and mechanical engineers in education. I now realized the importance of drawing subject because it is useful in my career. There are plenty of opportunities for draftsman in engineering and construction field. Diploma holders and engineering graduates should learn autocad and other softwares which will help in their career. There are some jobs which needs autocad experience sometimes during their work.
