I have returned after a while. To this post of all post. Because I wondered: „Should I post something on Steem/Hive/Blurt again?“ and this was the post that came up.
People here are as unfriendly and profit focused as always. No care for quality as long as it's exclusive.
So I quickly checked how much hive power you all have and how old the accounts are. Almost all who posted here are past 5'000 HP and quite a lot are past 100'000 HP. Almost all the accounts are older then 2020.
Two maybe three accounts with less then 5'000 HP and younger then 2022 and even the SPAM accounts long downvoted into oblivion are older then 2020.
I think you have bigger problems then cross posts. And Steem and Blurt doesn't do any better. When I first found Steem I had great hopes. But then came the fork.
Mind you, that applies to most social media. They are all became uninteresting for small amateur users. It's just the big player who still use them — and they mostly use scripts to cross post every where. The only exception I can think of is 𝕏.
It looks bleak and you are blinkering about cross post.
