Downvoting a specific posting because of bad content, plagiarism, SPAM etc. is one thing.

Downvoting entire channel for revenge is an entirely different thing.

One improves quality of content. The other makes the chain a hostile and unwelcoming place. Which was already the case for Steem and now instead of a fresh start Hive whales just continue with pointless vendettas.

I'm very disappointed with BOTH chains.
