but those are not dapps. Only libraries and a tutorial. Now, what I have learned is that not only ch CHAINID changed but all methods and attributes containing “steem” and “sbd” in their name where changed.

The CHAINID change was needed. An oversight and potential security risk which should have been done when forking off steem.

However renaming the methods and attributes is an unnecessary vanity change which created unnecessary compatibility issues.
