Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today my wife and I are hunting for food again, but only for lunch this time. First, my wife and I have to take our granddaughter and our autistic son to school after we have breakfast, but we will return home first. Then around 11 AM, we set off. This time, we planned to find a restaurant we hadn't tried yet, specifically by driving along rural road in another sub-district. This sub-district is San Sai Sub-district. However, we need to stay on the main road first. Once we reach San Sai Subdistrict, we will switch to a rural road within this subdistrict.
The atmosphere during this journey on the main road. The sky looks bright with plenty of white clouds today, but the weather is quite humid.
Driving along rural roads in search of food, we pass through many rural villages. While there are a few fancy, high-end restaurants, that is not what we are looking for. We prefer simple, budget-friendly local places to eat. And although we came across the simple, inexpensive local restaurants with Thai food cooked to order, we would rather have noodles. Continuing our search for a restaurant, we came across a simple little noodle shop and decided to settle in for lunch.
This noodle shop is named Kuaitiao Tom Yum Rim Fang. Located in Rim Fang Village, it is a home-based business run on the owner's property. It’s a humble little noodle joint. We ordered the Tom Yum noodles, which came loaded with pork meatballs, pork slices, and innards. The noodles are tasty, affordable, and the portion size is pretty generous. There are crispy fried wontons too. And free drinking water. But we ordered soft drinks. Bringing you a glimpse of the atmosphere at this noodle shop.
